I am very pleased with my new roof. The crew they sent to do my roof was on time, took the time to cover my flower beds, and hvac. They cleaned up all of there mess from the tear off. I highly recommend them. Thanks again from the Wilkinson's.

They installed a skylight for me and did a good job.
Accommodated my schedule by coming in the evening to provide my quote. Very competitive pricing.
Job was rescheduled multiple times at the last minute due to what seemed to be overextended scheduling.
Workers needs (i.e. need for exterior outlet) were insufficiently communicated. The outside of the home was not restored to its original condition. I did not receive a call upon the completion of the job with updates regarding the results or my bill.

Robyn, we are happy to have met most of your needs. Unfortunately GreenSky is a third party financing company that we offer to help our customers who may need additional funding. We wish your review would reflect so poorly upon us for another companies mistake. As for the card fee we always stress to customers to be sure to read there contracts, most of our contracts are only 1-3 pages long, that way if you may have any questions we can answer them before the start of the job. Cards are not free to process and we do not build in fees into our contracts as other companies do as we feel that would not be right to our cash/check paying customers. We apologize for the inconvenience of the other companies you were dissatisfied with.
