I had multiple estimates on our new roof, which was installed on May 9, 2014. Another company, beginning with “Rey” and ending with “nolds Exteriors” wasted 3+ hours of my day off with my family (reviewing their ridiculous 5 inch binder of commendation letters and samples of business licenses) with their high pressure spiel about how awesome and qualified their company is and how no one else measures up, as they badmouthed several of their competitors. Pre-sales: Joe was great. He answered all of my questions and helped me make the best choice between contractors. Another company gave me a cheaper price for the Golden Pledge but Joe was willing to meet the price as I felt more comfortable working with him. Joe was not the typical "pushy" sales person -- he was just plain helpful. Installation: Joe has a large team (~10) and they were able to remove all the shingles quickly.
