We waited for 9 mos after Hurricane Sally, as our waterproof shell had not been breached. But, we knew from inspections that our 15 year old roof had been compromised. They scheduled us promptly, offered very good quality product, included old roof removal, taping of decking seams, synthetic felt, and installation and clean up.
