            I had a terrible experience with Atlas Roofing. From the very beginning, communication was unprofessional and inconsistent. They made big promises about the quality of their work, but once the job started, it was rushed and sloppy. The roof still leaks in multiple places even though I paid a huge amount for what was supposed to be a “premium service.” When I tried to contact them to fix the issues, they ignored my calls and emails. Completely unreliable company — I regret ever hiring them.

            Atlas Roofing is by far the worst contractor I’ve dealt with. The crew left a complete mess around my property, with nails and debris scattered all over my yard. My kids and pets were at risk of injury because they didn’t clean up after themselves. On top of that, the installation was poorly done, and now I’m facing even more expenses to have another company repair their mistakes. They take your money and don’t care about the quality of the work. Absolutely do not recommend them.

            Atlas Roofing is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. They sold me on their so-called “warranty,” but when issues appeared, they were nowhere to be found. The workers rushed through the project, cut corners, and left visible mistakes. Not only is my roof uneven, but I also noticed missing shingles. When I brought this up, their customer service was rude and dismissive. Save yourself the stress and money—stay far away from them.

            Terrible experience with Atlas Roofing. They took my deposit and then delayed the project for weeks without any clear explanation. When they finally started, the workmanship was sloppy, and the crew acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Now I have water stains inside my ceiling because of their poor installation. I feel scammed because they refuse to take responsibility or honor their warranty. I wish I had read more reviews before hiring them.
