            This is by far the worst roofing company I’ve ever dealt with. Atlas Roofing gave me a quote that seemed reasonable at first, but once the job started, they kept adding extra charges for things they didn’t mention before. The workmanship is sloppy, shingles are uneven, and some areas of my roof look unfinished. Customer service is rude and dismissive, acting like I should just accept the problems. Stay far away from them unless you want stress and regret.

            Do not trust Atlas Roofing. They promise you the world before you sign, but once they get your money, everything goes downhill. The roof they installed looks awful, and within weeks, shingles started blowing off in the wind. When I asked for repairs under warranty, they refused and blamed it on “weather conditions.” If a roof can’t withstand normal weather, then what good is it? Dishonest and unprofessional company.

            Atlas Roofing completely ruined my home project. The workers were careless, damaging my gutters and even parts of my siding while doing the roof. They left nails and debris all over my yard, which my kids almost stepped on. The worst part is the roof itself is leaking already, and it hasn’t even been a year. I regret ever hiring them, and I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

            From the initial contact and assessment to the completion of the job: clear and timely communication: easy to work with; exceptional care to be transparent and caring about the work done and how it would be managed/guaranteed; a crew that was highly efficient, photographed each step of the repair, easy to work with, and left the property as it was when they arrived.
