Okay, I have to give a shout out to AVA Roofing for taking care of me when they didn't need to. There are a couple of pieces missing on the apex of my roof over my bedroom to the point where when you're standing in the attic you can see the sky and the roofer that was supposed to come to fix it both on Tuesday and last night and this morning never showed up. They did a good job on two roofs they did for me. Came back to fix an issue with my commercial roof. My only complaint is they promised me a $500 gift card as a deal on my second roof and I never received it. I tried calling, texting and emailing. I get nothing but excuses. The $500 was a deal breaker for my second roof but obviously they never intended on giving it to me.
I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone on principle. They know I have bugged them to no end for the gift car...Read more
AVA did siding and windows for us. They took their time to listen to our concerns, and offered reccomendations. They showed up every day to the job site, worked neatly around structures and landscape, cleaned up at the end of a day. They did a great quality work with attention to detail. Great customer service. Highly reccomend them, would hire them again for future projects.
