Stan did a great job replacing a leaky skylight as well as replacing loose fascia near the roofline. The skylight job was a bit more involved than first thought as there was a fair amount of rotted wood that needed to be replaced. I appreciate his efforts and attention to detail. I will likely hire AVA for future work.
