Cost competitive but very smooth process from quote to finished project. AVA does beautiful work, they are fast, responsive to customer feedback and stand by their commitments. I will be using them for our commercial properties in the future.
Let me start with the positives - our siding once completed looks better than what we had before. Also, the price was less expensive than Kaz (but now we know you get what you pay for and we should have paid more for better work),

Communication with this company was difficult. I don’t think I ever called their office phone number and didn’t get sent to voicemail. When emailing, I had to threaten to back out of the contract to get timely responses.

Billy from AVA inspected our roof and determined where the leak was coming from. He then put up a tarp in the valley to protect us until a new roof will be installed. He explained everything and showed pictures of problem areas. I felt comfortable with his knowledge and will have AVA do the job.
