I had severe ice build up on my roof this past winter which caused a leak in my second floor bathroom window which then leaked through to the kitchen ceiling. They did there thing on the roof and gutters before the insurance adjuster was out to inspect the damage. The adjuster was impressed at how well they remove the ice and snow. I hired Ava to side my house in Tonawanda in 2023. As soon as I signed the paperwork salesperson Adam's attitude became negative towards me, and I rarely saw him while the work was being done. When the crew showed up, they nearly started working on the wrong house, and counter to plan they blocked our driveway with the dumpster.
