They did a good job on two roofs they did for me. Came back to fix an issue with my commercial roof. My only complaint is they promised me a $500 gift card as a deal on my second roof and I never received it. I tried calling, texting and emailing. I get nothing but excuses. The $500 was a deal breaker for my second roof but obviously they never intended on giving it to me. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone on principle. Roof over porch was leaking internally. All other companies would not even come inspect/quote due to small size. Adam came and looked at the issue quickly and Sergey came out within 2 days and fixed the issue in one afternoon. Even replaced a gutter that was causing some of the issue. Great work and even better response time!

AVA is responsible for doing the roof/gutters on my parents house. They removed a 100 year old badly damaged Spanish tile roof and replaced it with asphalt shingles, repaired the fascia, replaced the beaten underlay, and replaced the gutters. AVA did a complete tear-off of my roof, to include laying all new decking. They were professional, fast, and the roof looks great. The only problem is that the crew decided to not reconnect the exhaust vent to my heater, instead totally covering it. Thankfully, we didn't need to use the heater much, as winter was nearly over.
