They removed snow from my roof and shoveled around the areas after the big snowstorm this month. Caused 6,000 of damage to my vehicle and refused to accept any responsibility.

Hello Pete, after looking into this situation the details did not add up. 1. There was 4-6' of snow in the area so everything was covered in snow. 2. We were there to clear snow off your roof not your driveway. 3. When you submitted the photos, there were scratches on different parts of your car, again its not possible to go when we are there to clean the snow off your roof and all the guys did, just walked up to your roof and cleared the roof and came down packed and left. We discounted $1,260 off your bill. We pride ourselves on great service and honest work and I am not sure what happened here but i do believe our were not at fault.

I called AVA roofing with a concern over a persistent soffit leak that was supposed to be fixed by another contractor (but they never came). With winter fast approaching I called AVA and asked if I need to do anything to protect the house until spring. Serge came within hours and identified a few problems and offered advice on how to proceed. I appreciate the fast response and excellent communication. I would have no hesitation calling them again.

Okay, I have to give a shout out to AVA Roofing for taking care of me when they didn't need to. There are a couple of pieces missing on the apex of my roof over my bedroom to the point where when you're standing in the attic you can see the sky and the roofer that was supposed to come to fix it both on Tuesday and last night and this morning never showed up. AVA is working across the street and I asked them if it was possible to just throw a tarp on it so at least the rain wouldn't get in there ... Read more

They did a good job on two roofs they did for me. Came back to fix an issue with my commercial roof. My only complaint is they promised me a $500 gift card as a deal on my second roof and I never received it. I tried calling, texting and emailing. I get nothing but excuses. The $500 was a deal breaker for my second roof but obviously they never intended on giving it to me. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone on principle. They know I have bugged them to no end for the gift car... Read more

Hello David, it looks like there might have been a misunderstanding. The gift cards do not come from AVA Roofing. $250/ Cabella Gift card comes from CertainTeed but you have to send in a registration form. The other $250 comes from SRS suppliers. Please contact us info@avaroofing.com , we can registration you for the CertainTeed gift card.

AVA did siding and windows for us. They took their time to listen to our concerns, and offered reccomendations. They showed up every day to the job site, worked neatly around structures and landscape, cleaned up at the end of a day. They did a great quality work with attention to detail. Great customer service. Highly reccomend them, would hire them again for future projects.
