I called AVA roofing with a concern over a persistent soffit leak that was supposed to be fixed by another contractor (but they never came). With winter fast approaching I called AVA and asked if I need to do anything to protect the house until spring. Serge came within hours and identified a few problems and offered advice on how to proceed. I appreciate the fast response and excellent communication. I would have no hesitation calling them again.
They did a good job on two roofs they did for me. Came back to fix an issue with my commercial roof. My only complaint is they promised me a $500 gift card as a deal on my second roof and I never received it. I tried calling, texting and emailing. I get nothing but excuses. The $500 was a deal breaker for my second roof but obviously they never intended on giving it to me.

Roof over porch was leaking internally. All other companies would not even come inspect/quote due to small size. Adam came and looked at the issue quickly and Sergey came out within 2 days and fixed the issue in one afternoon. Even replaced a gutter that was causing some of the issue. Great work and even better response time!
My husband and I had such a fabulous experience with this company. In addition to being excellent communicators, they were extremely professional, responsive, and fair. The prices were fair and the workmanship was impeccable. We will use only AVA when we are in need of this type of work. We highly, highly recommend them.
