AVA Roofing has performed 2 separate repairs on my mothers roof over the past few months. I live out of the Buffalo area so it is difficult for me to assess the need or extent of the wind damage. In both instances the AVA representative contacted me by phone prior to initiating the work, discussed the cost involved, and sent pictures to justify the need for repairs. Once the work was completed they then called to inform me that the work was done and sent pictures verifying the work.
