Joe Claffee Was great from the beginning with an on point estimated and a sincere and accurate estimate. He sold me on the reasons why Baker Roofing should be the company I should use. After getting three previous estimates from other roofers this is the only one that felt right. I prayed about is and decided to use Baker. Amazing experience from start to finish. Our Sales Consultant Tony was very thorough and informative, Shannon in the office was a pleasure to speak with as well. The team that arrived for install was professional and the Project Manager on site (Jon) stayed in constant contact with me throughout the installation process. I had a great, overall experience with Baker! I was very pleased with their work! The new roof looks great! It took quite awhile to get the new roof project on the books, but it was a busy time in the area for roof repairs. They did come out fairly quickly for the gutter/fascia board repair, which was damaging the roof further by exposing the roof!! The price for the roof itself was excellent, the price for the gutter/fascia board repair and attic ventilation seemed a little pricey but it has ... Read more
