More recently Joey came out to assess an issue with my downspout and did a wonderful job identifying and eliminating the backup issue. This was our third time using Baker. Every time we have been very happy with the results. We initially used them to replace our roof several years ago. That experience was so positive that we went back to them when we needed to replace some windows a couple of years ago.
