The advertising claim about doing work at "a loss if they must" unfortunately doesn't seem to be true. I was initially a pretty big fan, and I had the company come out to fix about $2000 of roofing related things and they neglected to fix a small 1.5 square of my roof that was without shingles - a pretty big oversight on the "fix all the problems" request.
