Shortly after purchasing our Greensboro home we discovered a roof leak, and I contacted Baker Roofing. Jason Leftwich responded quickly and came to the house and looked at the area around our chimney. He described the problem very clearly and also pointed out that the solution would involve removing part of the stone veneer on the chimney to properly do the repair. I scheduled an appointment however, the day of the appointment I was called stating the technician had a family emergency (perfectly understandable) therefore I had to reschedule. On the day of the reschedule, the technician did NOT show up, call, or anything. I called to get information, however no explanation was given, plus I didn't receive a call back to re-reschedule.
