From the beginning contact and estimate from Ian I was impressed with Baker Roofing. Sure there were other quotes that were less expensive but they also immediately asked about insurance coverage - red flag for me. Ian (as opposed to another company) spotted previously improper installation of shingles that needed corrected. He evaluated for entire shingle replacement but eventually determined that the whole roof could wait and just focused on correcting our problem. Does that even happen these ... Read more
