When I contracted Baker Roofing they sent out a representative immediately. My husband and I liked the samples they sent in my email and we needed some questions answered. We signed a contract and we were on our way. Jason who was in charge of the job was very professional. He told us exactly when the workers would arrive and exactly what they would do. We had a very difficult water damage project. It took over two years to complete. We had many contractors come and go. Only Steven Bartz of Baker Roofing in Raleigh was there for us each and every day. He has integrity and ethical principles that you just don't see anymore. He was fair and always was willing to do us right, even when it lowered their fee. I strongly recommend Steven and Baker Roofing. They took the burden off our shoulders

I recently hired Baker Roofing to repair a persistent roof leak at our home. Nathan Huckins, the estimator, Chris Eudy and Jeff McDonald the project manager were all prompt, professional and polite.
