After an ice/snow event, almost two weeks ago; my husband and I noticed significant wet marks on our dinette ceiling early evening 1/17/2022.  Since we have no overhead plumbing in that room; we determined it was a roof leak.  We called Baker Roofing’s number and got an actual person, after hours, on a legal holiday (Martin Luther King day). We had baker replace some windows that were suffering from water control issues. The new windows were installed quickly and have a nice crisp look. The sales representative Chad Petit was great to work with. He answered any questions we had and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't ask for. Baker Roofing is great. David Frawley with sales was wonderful to work with. He was so much help for my Mom and for my wife and me, Rhonda and Derrick Johnson. Nelson Gregorio, the project manager at our house, was super helpful and very professional and polite. He and the roofer, Ausencio Ponce and the team went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. 5 stars to all the guys and Baker roofing. We wouldn't use anyone else.
