I requested a quote from Baker and was contacted by Ian who scheduled an appt and showed up on time. He was very professional and thorough with his inspection and explained how I would have some options once he finished the estimate. I had other estimates and this was priced in line with other good companies, but lower than a couple which were lots higher. Very pleased with the new windows that Baker just installed. Josh Kelly was great throughout the process and kept me up to date on the project and answered all my questions. Rob Holt was very helpful during the sales process and deciding on what windows to choose. Brian came out to verify the measurements before order and during install. And Octavio did an excellent job installing the windows. Would use them again in the future and highly recommend.

I knew Baker wouldn’t be the cheapest quote I received but I also knew they’re reputation would back up the quality. Quality work comes at a price. Josh Kelly was our project manager and we couldn’t have been luckier to have him oversee the project. From Day 1 Josh made it clear that he had our best interests.
