We used Baker Roofing to do siding replacement, installing a new front door, new sliding door to our deck, new windows in our kitchen, and replacing two gutters. In general, I felt the company's crew did a great job with the quality of their work, and we would definitely use them again. We did run into a few issues. Our first interaction with Baker Roofing Company occurred a couple of years ago for both a leak and some gutter issues. The repair crew completed the repair with professionalism, speed and thorough services. So when another leak appeared this winter in another section of our roof, we called Baker again. Uodate: The estimator texted me back, and assumed I no longer wanted the estimate. I was sent a "goodbye we're sorry to see you go" email with a dead link for my input. There was, clearly, no interest from anyone in the chain of command to try and remedy the situation. Believe what people show you. Baker did a wonderful job replacing our roof! Ian was extremely professional, had great communication and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated the photos of rotten boards that needed to be replaced. We love our new roof and highly recommend working with Baker and Ian!

I would highly recommend Ian & Paul from Baker Roofing to anyone looking for gutter services. Ian made multiple visits to the house to inspect not only the gutters, but also inspected the fascia, and even climbed into the attic to observe the roof and look out for any abnormalities.
