Our kind and affable project manager, Josh Kelly, helped us choose our windows, told us when and how the work would be done, made sure it was done, and checked it at the end. If I had a question or problem, he answered very quickly. Brian Altork measured our old, slightly crooked windows very accurately, so the new windows fit perfectly.
