From my first call to Joe he was completely involved and incredibly helpful. Joe is a wealth of knowledge. He came out to my home just a few days after I spoke with him. We're very happy with our roof replacement! Ian Edward's initial inspection of our roof was very thorough and he pointed out issues and provided solutions to fix the issue. He also explained their process and options. He was very considerate, respectful, flexible with his schedule, and ensured that the work was done on days that didn't impact our sleep schedule (working 3rd shift). Ian did a great job checking over the roof during the inspection and pointed out potential causes for the leak I was having. He chose a perfect match for the current shingles that were on my house. Paul did a great job installing the new shingles and flashing.

This company is the best contractor I have ever worked with. Normally, dealing with someone working on my home turns into a headache. There always seems to be an issue. Not with Baker Roofing. Joe Claffee was the salesman that came out to look at my roof. My roof is only five years old, but already had a major leak. Joe was able to come out the day after I noticed the leak.
