Baker Home Exteriors provided roof replacement and gutter replacement for us after a hail storm. The project was complicated due to cedar shingles and stone on our house that had to be removed and replaced in order to properly flash the roof. Joe Claffee worked with us to properly define the entire scope of work and to communicate with our insurance company so that they could understand the work required and its cost. Bakers Home really did an excellent job for my home. Joe Claffee came out to inspect our roof and gutters. He went into great detail of all that was needed to be changed out and why. No hidden fees. The team that came out were quick and precise, along with cleanliness once the task was complete. Once the roof and gutters had been completed, Jonathan (project manager) came back out for a final inspection to ensure everything was done correctly. I contacted Troy with Baker Roofing after I noticed some stains on my ceiling that led me to believe that I had a roof leak. Troy had a technician at my house the very next day to do their inspection process. Then they laid out several options for me so I could choose the level of repair that I was comfortable with at that time.
