Baker had originally installed a new roof on my house about 10 years ago and did a great job - so when the cricket (they installed) behind the chimney started leaking I call them. The Baker Roofer estimator came out , looked at it and said the cricket was failing and had to be completely torn out and rebuil at the cost of between $3,000 to $4,000 as it was no longer under any warranty. Our entire experience with Baker Roofer was five-star. The team as a whole worked together and communicate well with us and between the various teams. The estimate was accurate, and cost increases due to damage discovered, along with changes in the scope of the work at our request, were managed well and communicated clearly throughout the process. I had the folks at Baker replace some bad soffits - the initial visit for quoting was very good, with Ian and Bill explaining everything clearly. I took up the quote and their roofers arrived 2-3 weeks later. Paul, Dave and Bill did great work over 1.5 days and really were a great set of folks - very polite, courteous and of course craftsmen! I have the roof of my house replaced last week and I'm more than pleased. Starting from David Ignacio Gutierrez, who did the estimate, Eleazar Curbelo (project manager) and his crew. Everyone was very professional and dedicated. Eleazar was with the crew at all time. He even went to the roof to inspect. They removed from the yard all the debris, including the nails on the grass.
