Baker Roofing installed a new roof June 2021. They were very efficient and professional. David Ignacio Gutierrez explained the potential scenarios redoing an older roof could bring due to the current industry standards that have changed since the original roof was installed. His roofing contract was thorough and easy to read through. The project was priced with a worse case scenario option due to the original age of the house and decade it was built. I recently had Baker put on a new roof and install gutters with the gutter guards. I am very happy with the work they did. My project manager, James, was great, and kept me informed of everything that was going on and when to expect everything. The work was done on time and everything looks great. I can’t express how happy we were with using Baker Roofing. We had an emergency on Sunday night, called on Monday and they had someone out at our house by Tuesday afternoon to access the situation. They scheduled us the following week and the work done was phenomenal. Highly recommend them!
