Baker had originally installed a new roof on my house about 10 years ago and did a great job - so when the cricket (they installed) behind the chimney started leaking I call them. The Baker Roofer estimator came out , looked at it and said the cricket was failing and had to be completely torn out and rebuil at the cost of between $3,000 to $4,000 as it was no longer under any warranty.
