A professional experience from the initial contact with Ignacio (estimator), Project Manager (Jim Britton) and installation team (headed by Raul). I was contacted in February by Mr. Jason Dockery with an estimated time frame for the installation. Jim Britton visited my home about a week ahead of the planned installation and reviewed the project. He noted that no drip edge molding had been ordered. No worries, he added it to the work order. 2024: Jason, Mason, and their team did a wonderful job ruling out a roof leak as the cause of water damage. They were very thorough and made helpful suggestions for discovering the problem.
