We are so thankful for Will Gurney with Baker Home Exteriors. He went out of his way to squeeze us in for a roof inspection and came out ASAP. Where we were originally told by someone else that we needed an entirely new roof, Will gave us the honest news that we only have a few shingles and pipe boots to replace. Baker Home Exteriors provided roof replacement and gutter replacement for us after a hail storm. The project was complicated due to cedar shingles and stone on our house that had to be removed and replaced in order to properly flash the roof. Joe Claffee worked with us to properly define the entire scope of work and to communicate with our insurance company so that they could understand the work required and its cost. Bakers Home really did an excellent job for my home. Joe Claffee came out to inspect our roof and gutters. He went into great detail of all that was needed to be changed out and why. No hidden fees. The team that came out were quick and precise, along with cleanliness once the task was complete. Once the roof and gutters had been completed, Jonathan (project manager) came back out for a final inspection to ensure everything was done correctly.
