Baker Roofing just completed a roof removal & new installation for me. David Gutierrez was the estimator and Kelly Norris was the project manager. Both gentlemen were excellent to work with. The job took 2 days, unlike some companies that "slam bam" a new roof on in 1 day, their workers take pride in their work, were neat, and did an excellent job. Reached out to have Baker look at 1 of 3 Multi-Family re-roof projects we are looking to get started and they would not even offer pricing. I would recommend asking the questions prior to denial of even a site visit. Not everyone is a bid shopper. And conducting business as such you can count your days! Best of luck!!!
