We called our landlord to have a roof leak checked on a commercial building. Since I do not speak Spanish, the workers called in to their office for the employee to explain to me the leak was from HVAC and that we needed to call them. Later it was explained after we got our bill that they did apply silicone which was not told to us at the time. Price for this.....700.55 .

We were very pleased with the work performed by Baker Roofing. They communicated well from the estimate through work follow-up.
