Everyone from the salesman Ignacio to the project manager David to all the roofers and gutter folks were top notch. They were very professional, detail oriented and had great follow through with every detail of the project. They cleaned up all the debris and were very hard, dedicated professional individuals. A professional experience from the initial contact with Ignacio (estimator), Project Manager (Jim Britton) and installation team (headed by Raul). I was contacted in February by Mr. Jason Dockery with an estimated time frame for the installation. Jim Britton visited my home about a week ahead of the planned installation and reviewed the project. He noted that no drip edge molding had been ordered. No worries, he added it to the work order.
