The work that Baker did looks great and am sure it is goodwork. The incident I had, however, was a misdiagnosis of the issue: My roof was leaking around my chimney (brick) - Before the project manager got on the roof he said that it was likley either my flashing around the chimney or it was the actual brick that causing the leakage, which would require a brick mason. I hired Baker Roofing to replace the old siding on my house with James Hardie siding. Project manager Pete, Alex and his siding crew, and Marcos and his painting crew did an Awesome job. They showed up on the day the project was scheduled to start. They worked and started on time everyday that weather permitted to complete the project. I was very impressed with the entire Baker operation from beginning to end of project. Everyone I dealt with, including Nacho Gutierrez, Scott Beane and both of the crews that worked on the job, was very professional and thorough.
