    Great company to deal with. They were very professional and prompt. They showed up on time and worked through out the day. Found other problems when existing shingles were removed, these issues were explained with terms I could understand making the process easier for me to address. Work was completed on time and looks great. I would recommend Baker Roofing to anyone. Good experience.

    Getting our new roof installed by Baker Roofing was a seamless process from beginning to end. Van, the Residential Sales representative in the Charleston, SC area went above and beyond to explain the whole process to us and to accommodate our insurance adjuster's schedule, who was coming in from out of town.     Called to ask if they specifically did repairs to vinyl siding, not full replacement. They confirmed that they did. The first appointment they had was a little over a month out. They came by and gave an estimate on full replacement. I called to ask again if they did repairs to vinyl siding and they said no, they only do full replacement. Think you are going to win over customers with dishonesty? Think again.
