I had a piece of siding come off during a storm. I called and said that I needed it fixed soon because it was going to rain again that day. Baker replaced shingles on my home in June 2020 and I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and in the preparation and management of the project. Perhaps even more importantly, the workers found a serious structural issue with the tail-end of the rafters on one side of my home. The original home builder mucked up the installation of rafters which resulted in rafters being too short on one end of the roof.
