Apologies that this is a bit long but it has a happy ending! In 2011 in the middle of the night during a huge rainstorm, our neighbor's 80 foot tree fell along the full length of our split level house. The whole roof needed replacing and we chose Baker Roofing instead of the unknown contractor the insurance company wanted us to use. Dave and Jason were great. They told me what they were going to do and then they did what they said they were going to do. Did it all in one day and cleaned up after themselves really well. Even came back a few weeks later to answer a question for me. They return phone calls promptly and are great with communication. The house stays cooler with the new roof and we are very happy.

We had a great experience with our first siding job that Baker performed right from the start. We needed a contractor to replace some old siding with fiber cement siding in the Durham/Chapel Hill area. After several attempts of trying to talk to someone else, I decided to give Baker Roofing a call. We recently hired Baker Roofing to replace all our siding and trimming, replace a leaky flat roof over our screened porch, and replace the gutters along with it all. Robert managed the project with great communication and direction throughout (as did a Pete when called upon).
