So far the communication has been great! The reason I'm only giving this review 4 stars is because we just signed the proposal and will be setting up a date/time for repairs to begin. My husband did an exhaustive search for repair work and narrowed it down to Baker Roofing. The communication has been excellent thus far; we received emails and calls when they were promised. Greg and his team did a great job on my new metal roof. He is very attentive and responsive, and always notified me when his team would be at the house. A few bumps in the road, but Greg and the Baker team always made things right.

Great Company and very satisfied. Our sales representative Van Melder was very thorough and informative. A real professional. He came out and sat down with us and talked about our roof, options, and quality of work expected. He talked about safety first which was very important to us. Van followed up with us during the installation and then afterwards. The crew cleaned up along the way and didn't leave a single piece of debris in our yard.
