I've called this place twice for a quote and talked to the Secretary and have yet to receive a call back much less a quote. Been a week and a half now. If this is a sign of how they work stay away!

Good service
I'm not real happy. Never know who writes these things so I am writing. We had our scheduled meeting which went well and were told that he did his write ups on Tuesdays so we would get it the next Tuesday, (6 ) days later. We are now 18 days after that and nothing.
I even called got a I am guessing general phone person who asked for some information and said he was out on an apt and would get with him to contact us.

Baker Roofing did a very good job for us. Van Melder came out to our house several times to answer questions, photograph & video the roof, and discuss our different options. He also met our insurance adjuster to answer any questions they might have had. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them to others in the Charleston area.
Baker's David Gutierrez, Austin Gonzalez (foreman), and the installation crew did a fantastic job for us. Roof looks great. Installation was quick and painless. They did a very nice job protecting the bushes and with cleanup. I have no hesitation about recommending them to friends and family.
