After discovering a leak in our roof we contacted Baker Roofing for a repair estimate. The technician found multiple installation issues, missing flashing, nail pops and more. He provided us with a repair estimate and an estimate for a new roof. We chose to have a new roof installed and we couldn’t be happier. After having several leaks in our roof in the past couple of years we decided it was time for a new roof. I made several phone calls to different roofing companies. When Joseph Pritchard came out (Sales Estimator with Baker Roofing), I liked what he had to say. He took the time to explain where our problem areas were and what he recommended. The job went well. The foreman called about 3 weeks early and said they had a delay on another job and could do mine the next day, so we went ahead. Everything looks good. There was a minor problem after the fact and Kelly bent over backwards and stayed in touch over the weekend to get it fixed asap.
