Getting our new roof installed by Baker Roofing was a seamless process from beginning to end. Van, the Residential Sales representative in the Charleston, SC area went above and beyond to explain the whole process to us and to accommodate our insurance adjuster's schedule, who was coming in from out of town. Called to ask if they specifically did repairs to vinyl siding, not full replacement. They confirmed that they did. The first appointment they had was a little over a month out. They came by and gave an estimate on full replacement. I called to ask again if they did repairs to vinyl siding and they said no, they only do full replacement. Think you are going to win over customers with dishonesty? Think again.

Greg and his crew did an awesome job for us on our rental home in Whitney Lakes. Living 3 thousand miles away in California it can be frustrating to do even the simplest of repairs. Greg kept us updated as they progressed on the repairs and would send me progress pictures as they went. Greg himself also did some repairs and clean up for me that was not part of the original job.
