Baker Roofing did a wonderful job replacing our 24 year old roof. I would recommend this company. They have high standards and are committed to customer service.
Two guys came to inspect our commercial roof, they were very professional and down to earth. They said they would send me a quote. Two weeks later I still had not heard from them, so I call their customer service line only to be told I would receive a call back that I never received. It's now been a month and I've heard nothing back. If you feel like the job isn't worth your time, tell your customers that instead of "ghosting" them.
I've called this place twice for a quote and talked to the Secretary and have yet to receive a call back much less a quote. Been a week and a half now. If this is a sign of how they work stay away!
