Email I sent to a curious neighbor: Baker is a premier company with great expertise. They did not simply come here, scrape off the old shingles and nail on new ones. They explored and assessed the entire roof structure, up to and including the soffit boards and the wall supporting the furnace room on the back of our house. Bryan Pribula and Drake Hloska with Baker provide the best client services I have found in the Charleston area. They are thorough, patient, and responsive. These people are great, they give excellent value for the cost and their work is sturdy, reliable, and fast. Super friendly and helpful, they very much live up to their motto. Andrew and Greg both for the most recent issue were big helps and provided support throughout the process to make sure we clearly understood every step. We won't be using any other roofing company in the future.
