The company did not take care our plants and our neighbor's car. After changing the roof, my plants started dying and my neighbor's car was scratched. After several conversations with the project manager, they ignored our complains and refused to fix the issues.

I contacted them weeks ago regarding damage to an outdoor item. I provided plenty of opportunity for them to respond, as I called and emailed the company directly several times. I even called and left a voicemail with the contracted project manager. I find it to be poor customer service to not even follow up...

I wanted to give a big shout out and THANK YOU to Haus, Mike Lawrence, and all of Baker Roofing Company. 5-stars easily, but if I could, I'd give them more... We are a military family living in the N. Charleston Area and recently discovered we had a leak in our roof.
