I was shocked that Baker roofing, with such a reputation, did poor quality work and stuck us with a roof that was leaking worse after $2500 of repairs. They sent someone back out when there was still an issue, but each time the work got sloppier and the leaks got worse. Finally they said "we're sorry we should have never repaired this roof" but instead of giving us our money back, they offered us $2500 off of a new roof with them, which was quoted at $7000 more than other roofers who came out.... I bought this house knowing that it needed a lot of work, but at every turn the house surprised me with more than I anticipated. I knew that there were leaks from the roof around the chimney and they sky lights also had some leaks. I needed a company that was capable of all of the flashing work around the chimney as well as replacing the skylights, so I could avoid finger pointing if any issues arose. Baker Roofing replaced our roof in April of 2017. The sales effort and the customer follow up were excellent. Also the roofers were careful and meticulous about cleaning up the trash and old roofing. I would highly recommend baker roofing.
