UPDATE!!!!! 7/19/16
I am updating this review from 1 to 5 as Tom Baiunco, General Manager contacted me after running across my 2 year review and came out and fixed the problem at no cost to us. I call that serious customer service. Looks like they are under new management and are trying to do things the right way. I cannot go into detail as Google only allows a certain amount of characters for a review. But it speaks volume that after two years, they would fix an issue that we had given up on. Y... Read more
