Start to finish..... Baker Home Exteriors was awesome. We had hail damage on our small office building and once cleared by our insurance company to get quotes, I reached out to Baker. After searching high and low I finally found someone that would work on the roof of our historical home in Winston Salem. Joe Clafee was prompt, courteous, and walked me through…step by step what to expect and when. Tom Baiunco came through on budget and ahead of schedule keeping me informed throughout the project. We were concerned about a warped shingle on the older part of our roof. Will Gurney from Baker Home Exteriors did an awesome job assessing and fixing the shingle, reassuring us that it wasn't anything to be concerned about. He did not upsell or suggest replacing the roof, but instead dealt with that spot. We appreciated his honesty, thoroughness, and ability to explain the situation. We recommend Baker.
