    We recently had an excellent experience with Baker Roofing. Chris, Dalton, and Joe Claffe were outstanding throughout the entire process. They installed a new roof for us, including a copper valley pan and flashings in an extremely steep, problematic dead valley.     We interviewed 4 different roofing companies in Greensboro but picked Baker roofing. Joe Claffe in sales was our first contact and he was very personable, knowledgeable and all in all just a nice person. He helped me decide on the right roofing and we decided to hire them. Their supervisors Chris and Dalton came out to make sure tarps were down and the roofers protected the windows and plants and also checked that the roofers wore their harnesses on our steep roof.     Ian Edwards came out to give an estimate and recommendations on a gutter issue I was having. I knew he was different than others that had come out by his hands-on and straightforward approach.
