Very good liaison in selecting from a wide array of shingle options, including a demo of two finalists from the garage roof! Enhancements were added to protect dormer siding, which had not been optimally installed originally, a significant improvement. I had a re-roof job performed by Baker and they did a great job. The job was done in the peak of summer and our landscaping was well protected, the mess was contained (and what wasn't contained was cleaned up). Communication was prompt and professional and there was great attention paid to make sure I got what I wanted/needed and that I was satisfied.
