Our ongoing issue with Baker is twofold. (1) part of our gutter fell off where Baker did recent work on the gutters and roof. (2) in reaching out to the project manager AND main company number, we have yet to hear back let alone get our gutter fixed We contacted our project manager, who said he would be out the next day. That day, he texted about delays and that he would arrive later. He did not arrive and a week+ later has yet to contact us. We also called the office because we had not heard... Read more

I recently had my roof replaced by Baker Exteriors. I had a really good sales person, Justus, who made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. My main contact and my project manager, Kyle, was absolutely wonderful. He knows what he's doing and he bends over backwards to make sure the client is comfortable with the disruption that getting a new roof causes. His crew was polite and efficient.
