There was three reasons we rated Baker Roofing 5 stars; First- The sales rep Joe Claffee and the job foreman Dalton Keezer worked well together to resolve our issue of replacing our roof and gutter guards without replacing our gutters, and did an excellent job of explaining the total process. My project was completed ahead of schedule and within the estimate. I have the best looking roof on the block. My new windows open and close smoothly and securely. As a tradesperson, I was extremely impressed with the project managers who worked alongside their crews and took total ownership of the job. My cedar roof was replaced by another company about 7 months ago! I saw immediately that the shingles were misaligned and told the manager of my concerns. I wasn’t able to see all of the roof as the roofers were working because so much debris was piles up around the yard throughout the project. Long story short, the roof was a mess.
