The Gardens on Glenwood is an upscale Condominium Community consisting of 87 condos in five multistory buildings, four town homes, a fitness center. In late 2023 and early 2024 work plans for the job were finalized, and work was begun in March 2024. The project concluded in mid-June with no complaints by residents as well as the Board. We got so lucky to have found Baker Roofing! When we had some storm damage they did an extremely professional job replacing our roof. After that experience, we asked them if they could build out a new roof over our back deck and they did an AMAZING job and a very reasonable price. Here's a quick before and after pic. Contacted Baker Roofing to repair leaks on the roof of our church. Leaks were more extensive than we realized. The roofing team from BR did a great job repairing all the problem areas and all in one day. We are very pleased with the workmanship and they did a great job cleaning up.

I strongly recommend Baker Roofing. They do very good quality work. show up when they are supposed to and are polite and professional. if something is not done right the 1st time they will stand behind their work. I had a warranty issue for work that was done 5 years ago and they stood behind with no argument whatever.
