We used Baker Home Exteriors to replace siding, windows, doors and to add a front porch railing system. From the initial appointment with Stephen to the final walk around with Allston, our project manager, the overall experience was better than excellent. Allston and his crew were incredible every day and the end result exceeded our expectations. The professionalism and skill of the team that worked on our home was second to none!

I had a wonderful experience with Baker Home Exteriors. Kelly Norris was super helpful, honest about the condition of my roof (had a few years left) and always pleasant to engage with. The process was smooth and fairly quick. I had a hard deadline for insurance purposes and they more than delivered. The crew was professional and the clean up was well done. Baker Roofing was extremely professional from setup, demolition, reroofing, clean up and inspection. Henry was our contact, he was an excellent representative of the company. The crews and crew leader, who completed the roof and gutter system were very professional and courteous. We feel we got a high quality job for a fair price when there were many companies after Hurricane Helene that were not providing quality, and were highly overpriced.

Worked with Steve Bartz at Baker. We have a complex leak that is a combined old/incorrect flashing and water diversion issue. Steve and the teams at Baker do a great job, explain the situation well, and follow through. I highly recommend them if you have a roofing issue. I had a question to ask him about, but it was a Friday afternoon at 5:30, so I was going to leave him a message. He picked the phone up at that time, and answered everything.
