We had a Firestone membrane roof installed on our building 5 or 6 years ago. Since then we have had a few problems that were immediately taken care of by Baker. Also, we had a bad leak and were completely stumped as to how it was happening since it would only occur on occasion and our roof was sound. I had a fantastic experience with Baker Roofing. The consultant (Kelly) did a great job with the initial consult, and was willing to answer my (many) questions. The crew did a great job with the work itself; the PM (Joey) kept me informed throughout the process, and the crew (Boni, and the rest) did a fantastic job with the job itself.
