Excellent customer service! I had William and Joey out today to determine where a leak was occurring. They spent 2 hours checking everything and determined where the leak was coming from and fixed it promptly! Extremely professional and good people to work with! We have used Baker Roofing several other times for various needs and we have always been happy with their work and with all of their staff! Highly recommend! Recently Baker Roofing Company replaced the roofing shingles on our house. The appointment for the inspection was set up by the home office and quote provided by Joe Claffee. Joe arrived on time and thoroughly inspected the roof and attic space to provide the quote. Joe is very responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. We signed the contract, and the installation date was set with the project manager.
